Many of us have probably experienced skin chafing.
That annoying and often painful result of skin rubbing against skin or clothing, which can occur anywhere on your body, but the thighs, intimate areas, underarms, and nipples are particularly vulnerable.
Prolonged rubbing on the skin makes your skin sting or burn, and you develop a mild, red rash. In severe cases, chafing will include swelling, bleeding, or crusting.

First, choose to wear materials which are moisture-wicking and prevents skin-on-skin contact.
